Angi Zuehsow

Angi attended Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, and graduated in 1975 with a B.S. degree in elementary education. Angi has taught for over 25 years in Lutheran schools in the Chicago and Dallas areas. She has taught in the classroom for grades 1-5 and led choirs for grades 4-8. Angi has a master’s degree in counseling and is a certified school counselor in the state of Texas. Angi and her husband,Terry, live in Plano, Texas. They have two married daughters and one granddaughter. Terry and Angi are members of Prince of Peace where Terry serves as a Vicar preparing for serving as a pastor.

Angi has a strong interest in providing Christian, multi-sensory education in a loving, nurturing, disciplined, orderly environment. It is her desire to help children grow in honoring God, respecting those in authority, achieving their academic potential, and growing in emotional maturity. She desires to establish a caring Christian community in the classroom where love and forgiveness are practiced just as Jesus loves and forgives us. She desires to be in partnership with the parents in the process of educating each child.
